Setup Genius has a permanently free plan and four paid tiers. The Free plan is a real working account with 1 driver, 1 vehicle, setup storage and 5 AI chats a month. Paid plans add drivers, vehicles, AI chats, templates and, from Pro upward, team collaboration. Yearly billing saves roughly 10% against monthly.

Who each plan is for
Free suits a driver with one car who wants structured records and an occasional AI question. Hobby adds enough AI chats for a full race weekend of back-and-forth plus more setups and templates. Pro is for a driver working with an engineer or a second car. Elite covers a small multi-driver outfit. Teams is for race teams and workshops running several cars and crews.
AI chats and overage
An AI chat is one question-and-answer exchange with Apex. Paid plans allow pay-as-you-go overage at a small per-chat rate once the monthly allowance is used, so a busy weekend does not stop you. The Free plan has no overage.

Is there a trial of the paid plans?
Pro includes a 14-day trial, and all paid plans are backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Can I change plans mid-season?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period, with your data retained.
What happens to my data if I downgrade to Free?
Your setups stay accessible. Limits on new drivers, vehicles and monthly setups apply going forward.
