Why sim racers need records
A setup that was fast at Spa in the previous build is a starting point in this one, but only if you can find it and know why it worked. Setup Genius stores the values and the reasoning, so a tyre model update becomes a known delta instead of a fresh start.
Learning setup theory
Sims are the best classroom for vehicle dynamics because the variables are controlled. Apex explains what a change does and why, and the glossary covers the terms the garage screen assumes you know. Many sim racers move on to real-world racing with a working understanding of setup that took older drivers years to build.

Not directly. Enter the values from the garage screen into a template matched to the sim; copying the previous setup and editing the changes keeps it quick.
Is it only for real cars?

Can a league or team share setups?
Yes, with team roles on Pro and above. Everyone sees the same setup and change history.
